The Rotary
Rink
The open-air Rotary skating rink was popular between
1937—1950 and was the home of the Juvenile Hockey
League. This new exhibit includes a beautiful painting entitled
"The Rotary Rink" by Thomas J. Hare, who is a
local artist. Photographs from the Museum's archives are
also on display.
Hodgson & Sons
On display in the main foyer is a magnificently preserved
framed certificate of achievement awarded to the Hodgson
& Sons — local produce dealers from the 1870’s.
Also on display is a unique selection of colourful 1886
pennants from the American Canoe Association.
