There are many ways to support the Brockville Museum: donate your time and become a volunteers; become a member of the Friends of the Brockville Museum; make a financial contribution to our many programs and initiatives; or donate an object to our collection for the enjoyment and education of future generations.
Help celebrate the Brockville Museum’s 40th birthday by giving our dramatic Carriage Hall a much-needed makeover. The area has remained virtually untouched since it opened in 1995 and has housed some of the largest objects in the museum’s collection, including the much-loved Briscoe automobile. The time has come to give the space and its exhibits a new look. The theme of the exhibits "Brockville’s Industrial and Commercial Past” won't be change, we want to bring in such things as the iconic New York Café sign.
All we need is 250 people to donate $40 to the Friends of the Brockville Museum – a loonie for every year the museum has been open! So please donate to our “40 for 40” challenge. The easiest way is online through Canada Helps or by a cheque made out to the Friends of the Brockville Museum or by credit card by calling Community Engagement Officer, Viktor Kaczkowski, at the Brockville Museum at 613 342 4397 x6223.
